COVID-19 Update

They really do mean we are able to keep our business going during this difficult time.

In line with the advice of the UK government, we are fortunate to be able to safely pack and ship from our Stirling workshop. We dispatch using Royal Mail.

Our lead times may be a little longer than usual, however if there are any availability issues with items in your order we’ll get in touch by email.

Around the world are experiencing minor delays in delivery due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

This means that delivery of your orders is likely to take a little longer than usual to reach you.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro card payments via Shopify and now Etsy.

This is a secure payment processor and we don’t hold any payment information on our website.

You can also pay via Paypal – you’ll be directed to PayPal’s to complete the payment.

Order Turnaround

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days.

Items that are made to order can take up to one week to ship, we will be in touch if this is the case.

Orders being sent to a UK address are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, but international orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered – please allow up to 3-4 weeks.

Shipping

Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order.

UK - Shipping within the UK is free for orders of £60 and over.

International orders weighing under 2kg are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Service (where available), and orders over 2kg via a tracked courier service.
