Delivery Times Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Customs clearance may be required so you should allow please 5-10 working days for shipping outside of the EU. Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to import duty and tax charges.
We have no control over these and are unable to inform you of what they may be as each country differs. We cannot be held responsible for this or for any additional taxes and duties that are incurred when we ship to you outside of the EU.
Payment We accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay and American Express.
Our payment process is operated through Shopify. All your card information is encrypted using the latest secure technology and passed directly to the appropriate payment parties for authorisation. We do not store or share any financial information provided by the customer. Please note we can only process your order once authorisation has been approved.
Returns + Exchanges We are sure that you will love your purchase from us but if you are not completely satisfied just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Please note we can only accept returns and exchanges that you have purchased from or website. If you have purchased from one of our stockists please get in touch with them directly.
Once we receive your item(s) we will issue a refund within 5 days via the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
Returns are only accepted within 14 days for all UK orders and 21 days for all international orders.
All items must be returned in the original condition complete with all packaging intact.
Any item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service that also insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Damaged Orders If your order doesn’t reach you in perfect condition, get in contact quoting your order number, name, address, details of the product and let us know whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Lost Orders Should your order fail to arrive, please get in touch with us within 21 days and we will investigate.
